Isla Hina

Mutsumi is a strange person. So how strange is the place she comes from?

Eventually, the aim is for all the Love Hina cast to get an unexpectedly intimate look at the ecology of Mutsumi's home.
Generally the theme is pacific island type TFs, but finding ones that fit best with the characters is important. Turtle is fairly obvious, as well as watermelons, but there's plenty of room for new ideas.

Not sure what I'll be able to do to help outside of writing, but I'll try to figure out something. Perhaps some ideas to pass around?

Palm trees with misplaced coconuts...
A wave that looks like a woman...
A woman buried in the sand (or so it seems)...
Giant clamgirl...

Mokoto could be made into a sword.
Shinobu could be some sort of cooking item, like maybe some metal chop sticks....
Kitsune could be a wine bottle, money holder, maybe even a camera
Su.... coudl be a wrench, or like made into a mecha Tama, or cooking pot (since she wants to cook Tama)
Naru.... a book?
Kanako could become a cat like her one that talks.
Haruka could be transformed inot a cigarette holder case prehaps.
Maybe Tama could be made human.....

Er Kirokusclone... no offense, but I thought it was supposed to be something in the ecology, like plantlife and other animals that inhabit the tropical islands...

Plants, animals(real or magical), or objects(not cheap tourist stuff) you would find on a pacific island.

How about a coconut crab? Su, perhaps.

I misunderstood, and I appologize for what I had done. Still, i'm working on many ideas. Maybe some girl gets made into a bikinni, or one of those flowery lays, or somethign.

Nothing saying you can't talk about normal Love Hina TFs over in the normal section of the forum.

ok, well those last ideas I had mentioned would work for the tropical idea.

1 Keitarō Urashima - done
2 Naru Narusegawa - done
3 Mutsumi Otohime - exempt (maybe desu)
4 Shinobu Maehara - shy girl of the series, things that usually are associated with shy = shells, clams, mussels, crabs, snails. Or inverted would be something everyone would see, sea star, tree, totem, etc...
5 Motoko Aoyama- brave swords woman miko type, has a phobia of turtles. obvious one would be turtles, other ones would be the things of the local religion as a miko status could infer a relation. Also there is the bird factor with several of the skills and having a phoenix in her female there's the tropical bird factor.
6 Kaolla Su- turtle factor as her kingdom has a huge relation with that, her banana love could relate to the fruit, or animals that eat it consistantly like monkeys.
7 Mitsune "Kitsune" Konno- lazy drunk tease type. Things that would tease or seduce the locals would be a direct, mermaids, or afrodisic type fruit/food, other point would be alcohol relate items.
8 Haruka Urashima - runs the local bar, mid age knowledge bank, relationship(married tech at the end) with Seta, so direct combo tf with him.
9 Noriyasu Seta - the obvious archlogist, obvious ones would be ruins and any item that one may find in them, note the relationship with Haruka.
10 Sarah McDougal - tom boy young girl, mischievious streak a mile wide, a trick that goes wrong and she gets caught, often travels around with Kaolla in her hijianks so combo with her likely. notable factors would be panda type birthmark on her butt which could translate into a local furry.
11 Kanako Urashima - cat affinity obvious, however with her disguise ability there's the clothing affinite also. skilled with ropes as weapon of choice so items with relation to that would work easily.

A lot of good ideas so far. At the moment I'm working on a new kind of watermelon design, but haven't decided who fits best for it yet.
What gets made for the project will probably be Art and possibly stories from various people. Be sure to say if you're interested in trying something yourselves.

I think the coconut crab is a good idea.
[Two people are walking on the beach. One of them walk on a broken shell and she start to change into a crab-girl. The other person teases the poor victim and start to play with her....The crab-girl manage to free herself (maybe by sending sand in the eyes of the evil one). She climbs the nearest coconut palm. The normal girl try to follow her but she receives a coconut on her head (that the crab girl cut with her new "pincers"). The coconut broke (well..let say that it's a special one and it can be open easily) and the normal girl is cover with coconut water. The normal girl will change into a...a coconut..or a coconut palm....(I don't know..and it's only an idea..)]

Oooh! Hadn't even considered a coconut/palm. I wonder though, would that be too close to the nut Keitaro and Naru currently are?
